The Banner that appears on the top of each report/account page has been updated to include your Phone Numbers and Website Address.

 

 

The Banner uses information from the Company Setup page. The phone and mobile number can include a short description to describe the phone or mobile number. If the phone and mobile text fields are blank the program will print "PH:" and "MOB:" respectively as the phone and mobile number descriptions.

If you don't wish to include a particular field in the report banner, leave the corresponding field in the company setup blank.

It is recommended that before you email your accounts you preview and print an account to ensure that the new layout correctly displays your company data.
